PickyPics saves a small amount of information on your device only, so the game remembers where you left off:
This information never leaves your device. It's not sent to us, to Tricky Bird Games, or to any other company. We have no way to see it.
PickyPics does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of the following:
We use no analytics, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting tools, no social-media integrations, and no third-party services of any kind. The app does not request internet access.
PickyPics uses only one Android permission: VIBRATE, so the device can
buzz gently on a wrong answer or a correct match. This permission cannot be
used to identify you or send data anywhere.
PickyPics does not request the INTERNET permission and is not capable
of sending or receiving network traffic.
PickyPics is designed for children ages 3–6 and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) including its protections for children, and Google Play's Designed for Families policy.
Because we collect no personal information from anyone — including children — there is no information to disclose, correct, or delete on a child's behalf.
If you ever believe PickyPics has somehow collected information from your child that it shouldn't have, please contact us at the address below and we will investigate immediately.
PickyPics contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. Nothing about the game tries to sell you anything once it's installed.
We don't have your information, so there is nothing for us to share, sell, or transfer. This is also true if our company is ever sold or merged.
Because the game stores its information locally on your device, you have full control:
PickyPics does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that connect to a network. The fonts, sound effects, and graphics are all bundled into the app at install time.
The app is distributed through Google Play; Google's own privacy policy governs information collected by the Play Store itself.
If we ever change this policy, we'll update the "Effective Date" at the top and post the new version at the same URL. For material changes, we'll do our best to highlight them on the app's listing or inside the app on the next update.
